Delete your account

How to delete your Infinite Insanity account and the data that goes with it, with or without the game installed.

In the game

  1. Open the game and the account panel.
  2. Choose DELETE ACCOUNT.
  3. If the account has a linked sign-in method (Google, Apple, Game Center or Play Games), confirm one of them when asked.
  4. Type the confirmation phrase and submit.

The account is signed out everywhere at once. Erasing its data follows by itself; if a match is running it waits for the result. Closing the game does not stop it, and the game can show you when it has finished.

Without the game

If you linked a sign-in method, the quickest way is to install the game again, sign in on its sign-in screen, and delete the account as above.

If you cannot do that, email hello@ishtms.com with the subject “Delete my Infinite Insanity account” and tell us:

  • your public player name in the game;
  • which sign-in method you linked;
  • roughly when you last played.

We have to be sure the account is yours before deleting it, so we may ask a question or two. We never ask for a password. Once we have confirmed it, we start the same deletion the game would.

An account that was never linked to a sign-in method exists only on the device it was made on. If you can still open the game on that device, delete it there. If you cannot, we may be unable to tell which account was yours; write to us and we will tell you what we can do.

What is deleted

Your account and access to it, username, progression, inventory, Diamonds and other balances, purchase records in the game, match history, your reports, and every linked sign-in method: the stored link to your Google, Apple, Game Center or Play Games identity and, if you linked Google, the email address kept with it. If you used Sign in with Apple, we also ask Apple to withdraw the game’s authorization.

Deletion cannot be undone. Purchases are not refunded by deletion; refunds are the store’s to decide. Starting again later creates a new, empty account.

What is kept

  • A minimal record that the account and its device keys were deleted, with no profile or balance, so that nothing can bring the account back. It has no expiry.
  • A marker for each store purchase, so that the same purchase can never be granted again. It is not linked to you.
  • Limited acknowledgements in shared match records, so other players’ completed results stay correct.
  • Encrypted database backups made before the deletion. A restore from a backup applies deletions again before the service opens.
  • Emails you sent to support, which are separate from the game account. Ask us if you want them removed.
